- Hallmark - receive a 10% coupon off your order
- Houlihan's - free meal on your birthday plus free appetizer when you sign up
- Ihop - Free Rooty Tooty Fresh N Fruity (or menu item of equal or lesser value) when you sign up AND for your birthday
- Kellogg's Family Rewards - 100 free points bonus code plus $20 Shutterfly gift credit
- Kobe Restaurant - Japenese Hibachi, Sushi, etc., Plymouth - $30 off your Hibachi birthday meal, within 7 days of your birthday, Mon-Thurs, use up to 3 times
- Noodles & Company - join Noodlegrams and receive a free entree or soup
- Perkins - unsure yet, but 20% off your total bill (some exclusions apply) when you sign up
- Red Lobster - $5 on any 2 entrees (same deal in most coupon inserts)
- Ruby Tuesday - free burger within a few days before and after your birthday
- Schlotzsky's - unsure yet, but free bag of chips and 20oz fountain drink when you purchase any sandwich when you sign up
- Shamrock Golf Club, Corcoran - free round of golf if they're open around your day
- Sterling Drug - become a Sterling Rewards member and get a $5 a purchase of $5 or more during your birthday month
- Taco John's - unsure yet, but received a coupon for a free meat & potato burrito and can print the coupon 3 times when you sign up
- TCBY yogurt - unsure yet, but was immediately sent a bogo coupon up to $5
- Which Wich? - unsure yet, but free large fountain drink with any purchase when you sign up
